we must transform from consumers into creators, and fast. With AI and robotics arriving faster than we think, the old education system that taught us to consume and regurgitate won't cut it anymore. It's time to build.
LEARN TO FAIL.
This generation - I mean our generation, I mean my generation - has a problem. Actually, not just one. We have many problems. But the main problem is that this generation doesn't know what to do. We don't know what to do with our lives. We don't know what to study in university, or more fundamentally, if we should even study in university.
This generation is stuck in front of screens all day long, consuming content that other builders and makers create. This generation is all about personal development, which is phenomenal, but it also lacks execution.
This generation is the most important generation in history because we will have to adapt faster than any other generation. We will have to create a better world - better systems, better day-to-day existence - or else. Well, you know what's going to happen. If we can't create a better world, we're not going to be here.
Robots
I've been watching all the recent developments, and I don't know if you know, but I'm way ahead of the curve in terms of AI adoption. I think in the last week or so, I've been doing some of the most bleeding-edge AI stuff you can imagine one person doing. And of course, I've seen the new Seed Dance 2.0 video creations. I've seen the Chinese robotics demonstrations.
I'll tell you guys - robots are coming. And they are coming faster than you think.
They will be here, I believe, by the end of this year. Most likely. The first few. And when I say robots, I mean supernatural creatures with consciousness, or some sort of consciousness, with logical understanding and spatial awareness. I think those will be here. Maybe not by the end of this year, but I do think it will be by the end of this year. But maybe it will be 2028. Doesn't matter.
Our generation will need to face them. Because they are coming.
Were Never Taught to Create
Our generation has never been taught how to create. No one has taught us how to create. Because the education system we had is all about consuming.
Read this, read that, come to the classes, listen to this, listen to him, listen to your teacher. And spit it all out in the exam. All you need to do is spit it all out. And after you spit it out, well, you can forget it. We don't care.
It was not about your opinion. You were taught literature without writing literature - just by reading other people's opinions and memorizing them. You studied history or math without really applying it in your life. Never. You never applied it.
Now, I'm not here to say this education system didn't help. It really helped my grandma's generation, really helped her generation, and also my mother's and my father's generation. Definitely. It brought a lot of knowledge from the academy to normal people.
But to my generation, this education system didn't help as much. Of course it did something, and it basically built the ground for us, right? But nothing about courage, nothing about creation, nothing about money, nothing about relationships. All of this we need to come up with by ourselves.
Matters 100x More Now
What I'm saying here is more important than ever because it's 100x more important because of AI. Without AI, it was not that important. It was not that urgent. But it's 100x more urgent because of AI.
And now the question: what do we do with this generation?
My question to myself is, how can I help my generation? How can I help us gain what we're missing from 20 years in the system? Let's say 18 years. Let's say whatever number you want to come up with. 12 years. I don't know how long you've been in the system.
And I don't want to erase what we learned because it's already in our brains. This is not what I'm here to talk about. I'm here to talk about how can we evolve ourselves into builders.
We Build
Because builders is what we need right now. When I say we, I mean us. My generation, our generation - this is what we need to be. We need to build. We need to build better systems. We need to build products and make money out of products. We need to build companies. We need to build cooperation. We need to build communities. We need to build.
We need to create.
We need to build our lives, relationships. We need to rebuild our cities. We need to rebuild nature.
Look at those tasks. So big. So big.
And we can do that. I know we can. Of course we can. We will. Because it's about survival. And I believe we will.
But we better start.
I'm Building
This is what I'm building right now. I'm building a system that will turn my generation from consumers to creators.
And I'm not talking just about social media. I'm not here to turn you into a social media creator. No, no, no, no. A physical creator. If you want to do digital as well, fine. But a real creator.
Because now, all of the knowledge ever, more than ever, is in our pocket. More than ever. It's not just knowledge anymore. It's workforce. We have workforce in our pocket. We can literally do anything we can imagine.
And now we need to imagine. And after we imagine, we need the courage to go after that. And after we have the courage to go after that, we need the sustainability to stay in focus for a long time.
Learning to Fail
We need to be willing to fail. Because if we're not willing to fail, we won't keep going. So we need to understand how to fail. We need to let go of all paradigms. All old ways of thinking.
The old way of thinking: "I have an exam, I need to score as much as I can." Oh no, no, no, no, no. No, no, no, no, no.
You have this creation and you need to create something meaningful - that's completely different than just one shot, one exam, one score. It's an entire process of iteration that never ends.
This is what we need to focus on. This is what we need to create. And this is what I'm learning right now. And this is what I'm building right now.
That's my mission.
And if you want to join, let me know.
